The purpose of this survey is to understand the attitude, perceptions
and behaviour of staff with reference to covid-19 situation and finally making
sense of staff thoughts, fears and feelings during this tough times. An observation
was that staff was reluctant to disclose the required information. As a caring
employer it is of paramount importance to conduct such a survey to help make
informed decisions and understand what goes in the mind of our workforce.
Problem
The survey needs to address the impact, challenges and positives brought by the pandemic in the life and work environment of Maluti TVET College community.
- Knowledge about corona virus
- Concerns about the academic year
- Staff reluctant to provide their health information or
- Refuse to disclose their age group
- Staff is worried about their jobs
- Experiencing new way of delivering vocational education (Online & media)
Panic about their future during and post lockdown (What does their future looks like?)
